Implementation is fast and easy with our team working hand-in-hand with your designated administrator, your staff and your residents – onsite at your location.

Our team hosts in-person onboarding events where we meet directly with your residents—along with their families and friends—to install the app on their devices and complete their one-time login. From that point on, they’ll be fully set up to use Senior Simon whenever they’d like, with no need to remember a username or password.

Ahead of your scheduled onboarding event, each location will receive an Onboarding Kit that includes all the contents needed to introduce the Senior Simon community app and invite users to the event.
